The Pool Rules, which are posted at the pool, are as follows:

No one to be admitted to the pool unless you are on the approved owner list (managed with the Memberment app).

No swimming when a lifeguard is not on duty.

No more than 5 guests per family per visit. Guest fee is $6.00 per guest (purchased with Memberment app or guards can scan a
         credit card for purchase of guest passes with the Memberment app when checking in).

Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult (16 or older).

Shower before entering the pool.

All swimmers must have appropriate swim attire (swim suits).

No glass permitted in pool area.

DIVING IS ONLY PERMITTED IN THE DIVING AREA.

NO FLOTATION DEVICES OR GOGGLES ALLOWED ON THE DIVING BOARD

Please show respect for others. No running or rough play in the pool area and no play in the parking lot.

No loud music.

No disorderly, reckless or criminal conduct.

Squirt guns are not permitted in the diving end or on the sun deck of the pool.

No unattended toys in the pool.

No hard balls, pool toys only.

No throwing objects outside the pool area.

No diving/jumping in prohibited areas.

No admittance to the clubhouse.

Pool chair saving is not permitted.

No smoking / vaping in the pool and deck area.

The Association assumes no responsibility for injury or loss to persons or property.

Anyone responsible for any damage to the facility or any furnishings and fixtures thereof, will be expected to make full restitution
         and may be subject to further action.

The Association reserves the right to penalize and/or disallow access to the pool for any violation of the rules and regulations or for
         unruly behavior. Anyone ejected from the pool area may have their household's pool access revoked for the season.
