ANNUAL MEETING ANNOUNCED

The all-neighborhood meeting will take place Thursday, January 16th (2025) at the clubhouse at 7:00pm and should be completed by 8:00pm. The clubhouse is located at 14600 Landis Lakes Drive. The board and our property manager will provide a recap of 2024 and initiatives and and the budget for 2025. During the meeting, the residents will also elect the board members for 2025. This is a great way to serve your community and get to know your neighbors in the process. We are so grateful for the efforts and talents of our current board members. Please attend this important meeting!

 

 

BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR YOUR NEIGHBOR

Please be vigilant with suspicious activity in the neighborhood. There have been several criminal incidents in this area in recent weeks, and we ask for the community to raise concerns of any activity that is questionable. You can use the Memberment app to report these concerns.

THOUGHTFUL CONSIDERATIONS

As we enter into Fall, please make sure to keep your yards looking nice and take care of the fallen leaves. Also be mindful to pick up after your pets and try to limit parking on the streets, and on one side of the street, when able.
