The Landis Lakes neighborhood is actually a part of two associations: The LLCA and the LLRA.
The LLCA consists only of those homes that reside in the Landis Lakes neighborhood. The board's main responsibility that overseas this association is to manage the operations of those tasks that maintain the integrity of the neighborhood. These primary tasks include the landscaping and lawn care of the common areas, holiday decorating at the entrance way, snow removal of the main roadways, collect the dues to fund these services and to be a sounding board for our residents' concerns. Other projects or initiatives will be handled on an as needed basis.
The LLCA Board consists of the following:

The LLRA consists of the residents of Landis Lakes as well as those in The Woods of Landis Lakes and Academy Ridge. The overseeing board's main responsibility is to maintain the pool and clubhouse. The board is made up of a single representative of each of the three neighborhood boards. On occasion, the LLRA will call meetings of the home association boards of the three neighborhoods. The LLRA uses the services of Kentucky Realty Corporation to maintain clubhouse rentals and pool management, as well as collects dues. The current board members of the LLRA include the following:

There is a committee that benefits the residents of the three neighborhoods that make up the Landis Lakes Recreation Association that focuses on offering community events such as concerts, and holiday themed activities around Christmas, Halloween and Easter. While it is not affiliated directly with the LLCA or LLRA, we are thankful for what this committee contributes. It runs on it's own budget, so there are no association dues from the LLCA and LLRA that contribute to these events. If you are interested in joining, please contact Hency Bunner at landislakessocialclub@gmail.com.
